auto_refresh of calendar view in dashboard not working

Bug description:
I defined a dashboard which only shows tasks in calendar view. "auto_refresh"
is set to 60 so I guess this means every 60 seconds the dashboard should be
refreshed. But the refresh doesn't happen. New tasks, that have been created on
a different PC are not showing up. A manual reload however shows the new tasks.
This applies to the GTK client as well as the web-client.
I did google around but the only information I found is about the feature not
working and no solution to it.
System:
OpenERP 6.0.3 on Ubuntu 10.04
Web-client 6.0.3
Windows GTK-client 6.0.3
