By default, there is no access group defined to access to the possibility to create new rules. The possibility to modify/create a new follow up rules needs to be linked to an access group (Accounting / Manager, for example). Steps to reproduce: - Install the module account_followup (as admin) - Go in Accounting > Configuration > Miscellaneous > Follow Ups and create a new one. - Log in as an accounting manager (with all the access groups linked to the accounting) - Try to create a new Followup rule --> Not possible. View is in readonly.
