I have checked your Issue at my end, I found the spelling mistake in help text
of "condition_range" at hr_payroll.py line number 775.
But In other help text of "amount" at hr_payroll.py line number 750. I cannot
got your point. So Would you please elaborate more.

This will use to computer the % fields values, in general its on
basic, but You can use all categories code field in small letter as a
variable name i.e. hra, ma, lta, etc...., also you can use, static
varible basic
