I have the same problem in WinXP, but in Ubuntu it work. See screenshot

[6.0-trunk, client-web, hr module] Error generated when replacing
image for Employee in Web UI

Bug description:
I use the default installation of OpenERP 6.0-trunk, client-web
1. Login as user demo
2. Replace the image of employee 'Bonamy'
3. OpenERP returns the error screen (see attached). Cannot expand the error
'Let me fix it'
It works normally with GTK client.
