More info, If you set the default pricelist, and the "Invoice on Timesheet & Costs" fields in the Invoicing Data section of the project's Analytic account, then the missing User and missing Journal errors go away, and you are left with missing General Account.

Select project from drop down, type in description, enter quantity and type of invoicing. When clicking "Save" I get a notification of: The following fields are invalid: - Analytic Journal - General Account - User These fields aren't available to be entered in.
