Hello Garry Chan, I have given close look to your issue in RC1. it's working properly at my side.when you install "mrp_jit" module, it willl outomaticaly create OP and PO to. I have attached video for your reference .please go throw it. If you still faced the problem ,inform us.

The automatic procurement process then runs, BUT without any messages shown that PO is create except MO is ready to produce.
