webkit_report zero margin support

Bug description:
Hello,
In the report_webkit module we can not take 0.0 margin in account in webkit
header.
0 float is Interpreted as False. The idea will be to add a check box "no
margin" on the webkit header object for each margin.
If you agree with the solution I will propose a merge proposal.
