Public bug reported:
The cancel button is no longer showing on customer invoices (both draft
and open invoices).
There is no way to cancel an invoice! I must first validate the
invoice, then do a REFUND, then choose Cancel from the REFUND window,
which marks the invoice PAID, which is not correct either.
You should be able to cancel a draft invoice.
