I found the solution: the web client is integrated with the server. You
can connect on it with the port 8069.

If you go to http://www.openerp.com/downloads and go to the chapter
Download OpenERP 6.1 Release Candidate (RC1), there is no link to
download the web server in V6.1RC1.
