I think openerp-french-localization was dedicated to creating accounting rules, not translations. In case you find other similar problems in the French translation, please head to the translation section on Launchpad and make a new suggestion. The suggestions are reviewed every once in a while by the team. You can assign us bug reports too if you see fit.
