Thanks for your reply!
I don't think this will creates a problem because If someone has migrate it he
has installed all required modules.
This thing is also same on v5 and OpenERP partners already migrated their db
with v6.
One more thing we have put this field on account.py (733) because we
have used those field also on line#1349 for checking this field is true
or not in cancel button. In account_cancel this field used only for the
view.
So this is not a bug and I am closing this issue.

journal items of posted journal entries must not be deleted

Bug description:
1) posted journal entries / items must not be cancelable
2) canceled items must not be deletable
there is a module account_cancel which must be installed to allow this
"forbidden" option.
in general " posted account move lines must never been canceled and
deleted" to conform best accounting practice
