Ravish, thank you for testing on your side. I see a difference in how you went through this scenario: you created a new production lot in the outgoing move (which seems not to be correcr for me: if you send material from own stock to subcontractor you would choose an existing lot).
I once more could reproduce it in a very simple example attached - maybe you can try it the same way?
