[6.0] hr_employee.parent_id should not be renamed

Bug description:
Although the column is changed to a fields.related on the department's
manager in 6.0, this is a stored field so the information from 5.0
should be preserved in an upgrade to 6.1 in which this change of field
type is reversed again.
