can't create new journal item

Bug description:
I'm using 6.1 (lp:openobject-addons/6.1 revno 6781, lp:openobject-
server/6.1 revno 4161)
Steps
* Go to Accounting -> Journal Entries -> Journal Items
* Click new
* Try to enter all required fields
The journal field is required but empty and disabled. The journal
item can therefore not be saved.
