In OpenERP 6.1, the crm.case.stage 'type' field is dropped and the
'lead' type stages are used for both leads and opportunities. The
OpenUpgrade addons do not currently migrate the obsolete 'opportunity'
type stages to the corresponding 'lead' type stages.
