If you already have one (e.g. for accessing OpenERP Help, the OpenERP portal or to download OpenERP), you can simply reply to this email with your login and the URLs of your repositories. If you don't, you can easily sign up using the "Sign in" link in the top right of the OpenERP.com homepage, or by going to https://accounts.openerp.com You can also proceed with the registration of your OpenERP 7.0 branches right now, so your modules become available for one-click installation in all OpenERP 7.0 installations!
