I don't think you can ignore the workflow activities, because it can leave ongoing workflows in an inconsistent state. For instance, act_produce_service has moved to project_mrp so you will have to rename its xml-id. I am actually not sure if you can ignore transitions either, seeing that they can be in a state 'running' too (but that may only be inside a single transaction).
