Hi, Maybe it's just a problem of language. (As you know my poor level in english).
'No change' : seems : OpenUpgrade analyse changes, and generate NO file. (there is no 'migrations' folder) ; (automatic) 'Nothing to do' : seems : Openupgrade generate a file (openupgrade_analysis.txt) and one people after analyse says that there was nothing to do. (So the good thinks is to write and commit a simple user_note.txt file to say "nothing to do".) It will save time for other people.
