In the meantime, maybe we Utah folks can make Sys::CPU a conditional dependency in the code, to make life easier for Cygwin users.
As long as we don't have to do this for very many modules, sounds fine!I suggest starting out setting the number of CPUs to 1 since who knows how well fork-join parallelism will work under cygwin.
