Very unlikely now.
The WG decided that reification is to be retained with provenance as the
intended use.
The vote was 7-4 for keeping it.
My HP colleagues had instructed be to vote for retaining it (against my
preference), otherwise it would have been 6-5.
I regret that there is no Forth member on RDF Core.
I guess there will be an update to rdf-interest soonish.
