I thought you might be interested to see details of the software available from http://www.ravensheadservices.com/about.htm This is a combined database and word processor that assists authors in writing novels. What struck me was the use of the top level headings that the database stores - Locations, Events, Characters, Relationships, Names ... all looks a bit CRM-like to me :-) Perhaps the next user guide to the CRM should take the form of an experimental novel?
