I've adapted the Doerr & Bekiari's "Performing Arts: Added Value Chain"
Hamlet example to model the added value chain for books,
with the following stages:
- Author's Contribution
- Publisher's Contribution
- Printer's Contribution
- Photographer's Contribution (Reproduction)
Please let me know if I've done it correctly.
