[Crm-sig] RDF recommendation should include rdfs:label

Hi!
It would be very useful if the RDF recommendations of CRM include rdfs:label
for properties and classes.
For example (Turtle notation):

E1.CRM_Entity a rdfs:Class;
  rdfs:label "CRM Entity"@en.
P1F.is_identified_by a rdf:Property;
  rdfs:label "is identified by"@en.

These can be used in applications to print out classes and properties.
CIDOC RDFS and Erlangen CRM include only rdfs:comment, which is the scope
note and is too long.
