You guys should invite somebody doing Harris Matrices for archaeological
excavations to discuss this.
Map a really complicated Harris matrix to the CIDOC-CRM and you will
soon find some nuts in the chocolate.

This notion could answer the fundamental question if something is in or
out of another thing, but also adjacency.
