About the property “P89 falls within”: the scope note should be corrected and updated according to the outcome of the issue 219; Since P88 forms_part_of is deleted, P89 should also imply contextual (whole-part) relationship in the scope note. In the current version of CIDOC CRM v5.1 (May 2013), as it is now, there is no property expressing part-whole relationship between places and the current scope note of P89 does not expresses such a thing.
