Dear SIG, Further to Martin’s email, my initial thoughts on the COST action were that, if members and supporters of CRM-SIG were going to apply for a European project aimed at collaborating with CRM-SIG, then we needed to agree the overall objectives that were both within the scope of the fund and that were compatible with our own objectives. There may be different opinions about this and these need to be considered thoughtfully.
It seems clear to me from recent emails that there indeed may be different views and that further discussion about the approach is necessary. I had not seen the email from Vladimir about the approach or agreed an approach with him but I will be in the Hague in April to contribute to the discussion and look forward to seeing everyone.
