With the removal of E49 Time Appellation, the semantics and technical details of P78_is_identified_by (identifies) are identical to P1. I would like to propose that it be deprecated along with E49.
Similarly, P87 is just P1 with the removal of E44. Conversely, I think that P58 has section definition, P76 has contact point have their Ranges changed to E41, as they have different semantics (in my reading, at least) to the base P1. Thoughts? Rob
