It has not been much discussion and comments - in fact none. The issue should not be controversial. In the meeting last week (52nd) we decided that the SIG should have the possibility to study and discuss the suggested changes until the end of February. On the bais of the discussion and comments, a proposal for changes will be sent out on an e-vote.
