Dear Martin, that is very good to hear! Not all institutes and directors are sensitive to the importance of this kind of (mostly 'invisible') research support, and the need to have long-term security for it. Just out of interest, what are examples of the 'other organizations and enterprises, which benefit economically from the CRM'? I could imagine that organizations are not really aware of these benefits, or have not translated them into economic terms... Best regards,
