Also the patch, glibc-2.4-mips_fixes-1.patch, applies against
ports/sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/mips/nptl/fork.c, however
glibc-ports-2.4.tar.bz2 untars to glibc-2.4-ports, not ports, causing a
patch failure.
