There are some theory/description in section 6.20 telling people which route they should follow. But I think we should add one simple command to tell which route to choose. Execute /tools/lib/libc.so.6 or /tools/bin/gcc and see the results. If the command failed, reboot is needed. Otherwise, go with the chroot part.
