I think are several methods in use, (some more automated than others) so I
hope others can give you their recommendations, but the most basic "how to"
info is contained at this site:

There is a field in your project's metadata (at the Foundation's Portal)
called 'simultaneousrelease'. Edit that, and it will give you a list of the
last 3 or 4 releases, you only need to edit the "Juno" one, changing its
value to "1". Also, there's some graphics/info in
http://wiki.eclipse.org/SimRel/Simultaneous_Release_FAQ#How_do_we_join_the_simultaneous_release_train

You'll want to also soon start reading

Subject: [cross-project-issues-dev] EMF Query2 to be part Juno
Sent by: [email protected]

Hi,

We want to make EMF Query2 part of Juno simultaneous release. We have setup
nightly builds (tycho) and it is green now. We are getting an update site
from it.

We have not yet published the update site on downloads section of eclipse
server. How can I do that ? Is there a documentation for that ?
Where in the project metadata i have to flag that Query2 intend to be part
of Juno release ?
