One place to look is
https://hudson.eclipse.org/hudson/view/Repository%20Aggregation/

It appears the build your commit kicked off (automatically) failed for
other reasons (as sometimes happens). From there, you can try starting
another build (some problems are transient, and simply require a rebuild,
but in some cases you may have to wait until someone else "fixes" the
build) ... or ... just wait till the next one is kicked off by someone
else.

Some of this is explained in
http://wiki.eclipse.org/SimRel/Simultaneous_Release_FAQ

Which I have just now added to the main "Juno Wiki" at
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Juno/

Thanks,
