As previously discussed, I've moved the Hudson "jobs" directory to an
idle array. Since it's mounted as /opt/public/jobs like before, you
have nothing to do.
I've observed a few builds go by, and as expected, there were no issues.
The move should definitely help improve performance of both Hudson-based
builds, and builds that are run on build.eclipse.org.
