Hopefully this affects no one who isn't already aware of this
re-contribution..
MDT/OCL contributed it's core 4.0.0RC1 build yesterday.
MDT/OCL has contributed a revised core 4.0.0RC1a build today.
The change reworks the Bug 364797 fix to restore a plugin URI mapping to
its pre-M7 value. This is significant for users attempting to access the
OCL Standard Library as a model file rather than through its Java API.
