Just that .../releases/juno software repository's main function is to hold 
releases. We twist the rules a little before the release and put 
milestones there before the first release ... but now that we are "done" 
we will not put final release there, until official release day (6/27).

we normally do for milestones or RCs, since that would effectively be the 
same action as releasing. So, test .../releases/staging.
