I got an error from the download server today at 11:21 CEST for this URL:

going "back" and clicking the URL again, the download worked.

If this is the same issue as what I was seeing yesterday, then I would expect
it to flip back-n-forth between available/unavailable modes. Whatever Denis
fixed yesterday did have an immediate effect for my usage at least.

was really slow).

That file has a timestamp of 1:46am localtime.
Perhaps the M-build's download page simply arrived before all the files were in
place.
