There's a copyright tool that can do parts of this in the workspace. See
http://wiki.eclipse.org/How_to_use_Eclipse_copyright_tool (might be
outdated).

Subject:
[cross-project-issues-dev] script that checks presence of file headers
(copyright+legal)

Hi all,

we're considering to introduce a script that checks for the presence of
file headers (copyright+legal).
The script should be able to scan certain file extensions (.java, .xtend,
.xml, ...) and create an XUnit test report.

Before developing such a script from scratch I want to make sure that no
similar script already exists.

Has anybody heard of something like that?

Thanks,
Henrik
