Xproject-ing since there could be other "relengs" interested.
I've noticed that the EMF(core) p2 repositories layout has changed.
Since I've not found any information WRT this issue, could you confirm that:
a) /2.9* are obsolete.
b) The repositories to find the proper artefacts for the different kind
of build you have are:
N-build -> /nightly
I-build -> /interim
S-build -> /milestones
R-build -> /releases
If so, please not that:
/interim currently points to /2.8-I-builds
/milestones currently points to /2.9-milestones
