The latest S build is always a good bet for milestones.

There was not very much changed from M4. See orbit-dev list for more
information:
http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/orbit-dev/msg03113.html

It takes some reading, but the "Retention Policies" document, linked from
the downloads page you mention, describes the differences.
wiki.eclipse.org/Promotion%2C_Release%2C_and_Retention_Policies

I usually recommend projects that have a dependency on Orbit (or any other
project for that matter) to subscribe to their "dev list" where things
like "releases", "milestones" are usually announced.

And, if ever any question about it .... you can always ask ... as you have
:)

Subject: [cross-project-issues-dev] Clarification on Orbit and
Kepler
Sent by: [email protected]

My apologies if I missed this information somewhere. Which Orbit build
stream should projects reference for Kepler. What is Orbit’s contribution
to Kepler M5?

It would be good to somehow incorporate this info into the Orbit downloads
page. It is difficult for developers unfamiliar with Orbit operations to
know how to interpret Recommended, Stable and Integration build labels.

Thanks,
