We're about an hour away from having service restored.
/shared is being completely regenerated from scratch, then we'll re-copy
its contents from backup.
FWIW, the failed hard drive in /shared is an almost 9-year-old IBM piece
that has been taking a beating 24/7. Quality iron right there, folks.
