Your repo is controlled by Gerrit, so you cannot push directly using the
Git urls. You must use the Gerrit URLs.
Please dig up the bug where you requested to use Gerrit -- the URLs
should be in that bug.

I saw a note on cross-issues-dev about a server change. This might be
