I've temporarily disabled the aggregation job. I think fundamentally there is some "infrastructure issue", but think I can make a change to at least get it working with current content again. And if that work-around soon starts to get old content too, then we'll know it an infrastructure issue ... of some sort. See bug 407545 for nitty gritty if you'd like, but I predict it will take at least an hour to make change, and confirm change, so predict builds will be turned "on" again by 3 PM Eastern (allowing time for me to eat lunch :).
