Can you say more? Are you thinking of replacing bugzilla? Or just
customizing its UI? ... and possibly fields?
I don't know.
All I know is that some (many?) people fing Bugzilla to be "old and
uncool" and I often fear that reflects onto Eclipse and the community
itself. This trend in the software industry to always be using the
latest gizmo is quite powerful.
I'm not keen on replacing things that Just Work, so it would be great if
we could contribute some significant UI improvements back to Bugzilla.
Personally I don't have a problem with Bugzilla.
I ask because if we are keeping or customizing bugzilla, maybe some
work could be done on the different "resolution" fields ... if not
literally the values that can be used,
perhaps at least update the standard "bugzilla help" such as at
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/page.cgi?id=fields.html#status
I'm pretty sure Dani has been nagging me in a bug about that for years :)
