After earlier discussions about how to make Eclipse IDE better, I
started this wiki page which lists some criticism from end-users:

I think such a page can have a big value, but it requires some effort in
maintaining it and make sure:
# It's not lost
# We don't forget it
# We still update it
# We actually read it.
I don't know how to guarantee all those requirements will be fulfilled.
Any help in adding incoming links, making it easier to read, adding
content, linking related bugs... would be welcome.
