Agreed. We've had some great discussions here the past few weeks. And I expect 
we may end up using both. I'd just like to use ide-dev as a landing place for 
new contributors who are interested in helping and expressing ideas. This is 
more the vererans's list :)

Cross-project has evolved to what it is today; a great forum where all the 
committers hang out to share common themes. I like it a lot.
