The EPP packages are published in on the "developer" tab of the downloads 
page [1] and we encourage committers, adopters, and users to begin "final 
testing", if you have not already. While there are two more "RCs", we 
expect fewer and fewer changes going into subsequent ones, so testing done 
with RC2 would not be invalidated.  In particular, be on the look out for 
any major regressions or blocking items that have occurred since Kepler 
was released. 

Remember we do not "promote" the staging (maintenance) repository [2] 
anywhere since we expect it to be fairly stable and expect (nearly) every 
aggregation build to be a good one at this point. I will "promote" any new 
contributions that have ran on Hudson to .../maintenance about once a day, 
or upon request (made to this list). See the FAQ [3] on the best ways to 
test "staging repo" and upgrades from previous release. 

As always, post to this cross-project list if anyone has any issues or 
questions.
