OCL will participate in the Luna Simultaneous release:

OCL has traditionally been a +1 offset contribution
For Helios,Indigo,Juno additional Xtext-dependencies at +2 have resulted
in a confusing secondary +3 contribution
For Luna, we propose a full contribution at +1 relying on latest N/I
builds of +2 dependencies.
Occasionally a 'no-change' +3 re-contribution may be necessary to
accommodate incompatible late changes in +2 dependencies.
