I suspect this would be a big maintenance issue though as that would
mean we'd have to keep them in sync somehow with the Foundation systems.
That may not be such a big maintenance burden. In the bug below, we're
deploying a script that will do such a sync. The only requirement will
be for projects to add the Github repo to their repo list on PMI.
