Never mind.
In a completely ptp-naked eclipse i can see it. I guess there's something
about when you can see repository content based on what is loaded into the
workbench already that I don't understand.
Or I forgot.  They say memory loss and retirement are related...
Sigh.

(From a workbench with an older version of ptp, when i look at the
releases/maintenance repo i cannot see "Parallel Tools Platform" under
"General Purpose".
Sometimes I can see it in releases/kepler but not releases/maintenance
even.  Doesn't make sense.
I assumed that i could always see things that are newer than my current
version, at least.

Oh well.
